This class is designed to teach you the fundaments of sewing with knit fabric.

You can bring an overlocker and/or sewing machine to learn how to sew a basic knit tee.

We will talk about the types of stretch fabric and how they react to cutting and sewing.

The class will show you how to sew on a neck band. We will talk and demonstrate the different stitch types to sew knit fabrics in.

This is a beginner and intermediate class as you can do basic or more advanced sewing at the same time. We can also talk about what else we can use our knit tee pattern for in the future.

A materials list will be supplied on registration.
